On 26 March 2015, new employee orientation hosted by Human Resources Department started at 10am at company's conference room, the main purpose of this orientation is to introduce the company to new employees, and issues regarding company rules and regulations.

 

  Before the training, General Manager of Company Zou Zhongxing presented to give directions, expressed warm welcome to the new employee, and said the coming of the new employee strengthened our team. After that, he shared his expectation of company’s future development, and expressed his hope that we make our joint effort to make our company skyrocket.

 

  And then, the training started. Personnel supervisor form Human Resources Department Wei Lin gave the training lecture, which contains two parts: This first part is company introduction, as well as the history, main business, project and technology of company; the second part is system explanation, including human resources management system such as attendance management, personnel changes management, performance appraisal, salary control system, rewards and punishments of employees, and other office process such as usage of OA system, and expense reimburses process.

 

  This training brings deep and overall knowledge of our company, as well as full confidence to the new colleagues.
