  Incineration technology——separate drying incineration

  This technology guarantees requirement on economy and environment protection by sludge treatment by balance of waste heat from sludge incineration system and head demanded by dry system. If heat demanded by dry system is too much, and waste heat supplied by incineration system is not sufficient to dry sludge to self burning, increase auxiliary thermal source. However, compared with direct combustion, increase of auxiliary heat source reduces significantly. During operation process, regulate heat source and inlet air temperature according to temperature inside the furnace, which saves energy consumption to the largest extent and increases adaption of furnace to each sludge heat value.

  Technical Requirement

  Garbage sludge collaborative incineration is mainly for generating electricity through refuse incineration, and for sludge treatment partially.It extracts certain steam from power generation process as heat source for sludge drying, recycle some heat source by sending dry sludge to furnace for incineration. Sludge in the furnace should meet technical requirement by garbage incineration:

  (1)Sludge in furnace should meet with requirement on heat value by garbage incineration. It should not affect or should have minimum impact on incineration environment in the furnace;

  (2)Sludge in furnace should not be higher than 15% of waste incineration amount to ensure waste heat reduction rate <5%.

  (3) The way of sludge entering furnace should meet with the requirement that sludge is mixed with garbage at certain rate. The technical part of sludge entering furnace is a key point to realize mixed combustion of garbage.
