Semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology

  Technology Introduction: Our company introduced the development of semi-dry FGD technology to overcome the traditional dry (semi-dry) flue gas desulfurization technology uses pulp or water while evils, has run a simple, reliable, and compact equipment, load adjustable sex and other characteristics. This technology has been widely used in the processing of coal-fired / fuel power plants, sintering machine, waste incinerators and other flue gas desulfurization and other harmful gases.

  (1) Reaction: Principles semi-dry desulfurization process is the use of an alkaline substance such as lime or hydrated lime as an absorbent to absorb the flue gas sulfur dioxide and other acid gases, the reaction is:

  CaO + H2O—Ca(OH)2

  SO2 + Ca(OH)2•1/2H2O—CaSO3•1/2H2O

  2HCl + CaO + H2O—CaCl2• 2H2O

  CaSO3•½H2O CaSO4•2H2O

  (2) Process characteristics: discharged from the sintering machine about 130 ℃ fly ash and flue gas carrying an acidic component, into the reactor, the contact section of the mixing reactor and absorber containing a large amount of circulating ash particles after humidification, smoke temperature and the relative humidity decreases momentarily increased significantly, to create a good desulfurization reaction conditions. After the clean flue gas desulfurization usually above water (adiabatic saturation) dew point temperature 20 ℃, no longer hot, after booster fan into the chimney. Control system by regulating how much water was added to the mixer to ensure the reactor temperature and a constant reaction temperature of the flue gas outlet; while continuous monitoring of flue gas desulfurization island export, import, export concentration and SO2 in the flue gas flow rate determines the system the amount of absorber added. Desulfurization ash is collected in the dust circulating fluidized bottom compartment, when the end positions high above the fluidized material level exhaust system. Final desulfurization ash discharge only about 1% moisture content, good liquidity, appropriate use of pneumatic conveying equipment delivery, can also be used hydraulic ash or car transportation, etc. to the gray field. Special bypass flue design, the desulfurization island can be completely independent of the sintering process, will not have any adverse effect on the sintering process.
